Utah May 29th-June 7th 2010

Here are just a few things we did while in Utah (there will be more to follow these are just the pics of MY camera not the 4 cds worth of pics from my parents!)

We Spent an evening in Provo with Brad and Andrea...they made us yummy Curry for dinner then we (well they I wasn't really in the mood since I looked/felt like I had a ball up my shirt anyways!) went bowling. Then we drove around Provo and they showed us where they had lived, and met and Brent had to show us the 'shack' this is the first place Brent lived when he moved to Utah, he shared 1 floor with 2-3 other boys! Then we 'hiked' to Bridal Vale Falls, they were kind of cold but I thought it felt WONDERFUL!

Then we went back to their aparment and played Scrabble, where even with a splitting headache I beat them all! ;)

We always save a morning/afternoon to spend with my Grandparents. My amazing Grandpa always have such fun things for the kids to play with. He made this race car track and the girls had a blast playing with it.

Aspen can't visit G&G Smith's house without getting her feet dirty! There are her little feet prints after rinsing off the dirt and grass.

Besides being able to make amazing things with his hands my Grandpa is an amazing gardener. There are just a few of the blossoms in his yard.

Then they took us to the traditional Chuck-O-Rama lunch. It is always so nice to be able to see my children creating memories with my grandparents who I love so much!

Grandpa took us to the 'Farm' at Thanksgiving point on Friday morning while Granna worked at the Temple.

Aspen was SO EXCITED about getting to ride a horse, she climbed right up and had a blast.

Ella on the other had wanted to till she got close to the horses. The worker told me to wait till they started then throw her on a horse and that usually worked. She did sit on the pony the whole ride but I had to gradual loosen her grip on my and get her to sit there almost by herself!

The Peacock and Turkey were more then willing to show off for us today!

Grandpa and Ella taking a break.

Daddy threatening to 'feed' Aspen to the ducks and geese.

They had a few little buildings for the kids to play in.

Aspen and Ella in the Dance Hall

Daddy and Ella right where they belong...behind bars!

Waiting for the wagon ride....

On the wagon ride!

They had a fun (and air conditioned!) activity area all about Produce getting from the ground to the store!

Heading home after a fun morning out!

The girls love Granna and Grandpa's built in car seats...they feel to grown up thinking they are siting in a big kid seat.

Popsicles, a Granna's house must!

We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the nice weather and the REAL grass, you know the kind you enjoy walking barefoot on (can you tell I miss that here in FL?!?)

Aspen tried out a scooter for the first time and had fun going around and around my parents circle.

Ella buzzed around on the trike.

Granna gives the kids 'boat rides' but she's never had 5 at the same time. Let's just say she didn't get very far!

She put Kate and Steven together...

and Aspen and Ella with Ryan (since Aspen weighs a LOT more then Steven and Kate!)

Stevie Wonder-Boy!

Michael just chillin'

Kate pulling Ella along.

The cousins sure have a great time playing when we can get together. When I get my dad's pics on here I'll have some with Sophie and Mitchelle too!

We love our trips to Utah and we (well I) wish they could happen more often!
