Aspen is getting very excited for Christmas (and Santa Clause to bring her presents). She is also getting excited to blow out the candles for Jesus birthday (we are making a cake for him) we are working really hard to remind her that Christmas is Jesus' Birthday and we get presents because of this, we are also talking to her about how Jesus was a gift to us. Having children around the holidays is really fun, and as they grow older it really brings back into perspective the true meaning of the season. I don't know if I say this enough, I am so grateful for the gift of the Savior from Heavenly Father, and the gift the Savior gave to us through the Atonement.
