I know I am WAY behind but...this is our Thanksgiving Turkey. I think after 2 years (this being my 3rd) of doing Thanksgiving this is the best looking Turkey I've ever made (and it came out of the oven right when I timed it to come out!!!) We have an enjoyable Thanksgiving with just me, Brent, and the girls. We then enjoyed left overs for the next 5 meals (breakfast included) for most of us!
